What You Need to Provide:
Email must be In HTML format and should not
contain absolute positioning or javascript. We
recommend no more than 50% graphic content. Emails
should not be a single jpeg or gif file. Total
size of all images should not exceed 100kiB to
insure optimal transmission and load time. Ask
for specifications sheet before submitting copy.
Setup/transmission charge is $100 and includes
required header and footer, setup of links with
counters, proofing and spam scoring. Text only
version setup for non-HTML addresses. Includes up
to 5 tracked links and results reporting.
HTML creation fee is available for $100 per email.
Text can be sent via email to Tri-Media in any
word processing format. Up to 500 words permitted.
Price includes basic HTML font attributes such as
color, bold, italics, underlines, and various
typefaces and size to emphasize headlines. Up to
two hour of consultation/design time. Aditional
time at $75/hr.
