All lists are subject to rental approval, and submission of direct-mail piece is required.  All direct-mail and telemarketing lists are rented for one-time use.  Each list is seeded with decoy names to detect unauthorized use.

First-time advertisers and list rentals must prepay to open an account, or charge to Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.  Completion of credit application is also required if net 30 day terms are desired for future orders.  Invoices are due net 30 days to approved agencies and advertisers.  Approved list brokers receive a 20% brokerage fee on list rentals, excluding output charges.

Accounts past due from date on invoice may require prepayment for future orders.  Clients of agencies or brokers that are more than 90 days past due will be notified of the situation and subject to a credit-hold on future orders.
