How to Post, Submit and View Content on CWD

Basic Web Package
Once the new CWD is live, all ads in the basic web package may be posted in the online member center. If you don't already have an account, you will be prompted to create one. Once your account is created, login to the member center, and click "Profiles." Posted content will be live upon Tri-Media approval. The system will prompt you to create your listings with the following specs:

Company Profile
Created in the member center of CWD. Profiles include company name, contact information, website URL, 50-word synopsis, 250-word description, 250-word product/service information, and other optional text. Customize copy in Request More info paragraph. You may also embed YouTube videos, and upload multiple photos.

Product Showcase Banner Graphic
To upload this ad, click the "Edit Ads" tab within the profile section. Graphics are 375 pixels wide x 150 pixels high, and saved in a JPEG format. This banner space should be designed to include a bold headline, descriptive text, a left-aligned logo or image, and call to action information such as a phone number and/or website. Rotating Banner Ad Animation allowed.  Runs on home page and all product pages.
The rotating banner ad is 468 pixels wide by 60 pixels high. Either JPEG or GIFs are accepted. If you want animation, make sure it's saved as a single GIF file. Contact Eric our Web Production Specialist for help in creating animated ads at erics@trimediaonline.com. Advise URL link address for this banner.

Static Site Sponsor Link – shown on home page and all product pages on the entire site.
These are text ads which can be a short headline, or your company name. The text link should not exceed 25 characters including spaces. Advise the URL where you'd like to send the traffic.

IMPORTANT: When saving any image for use on a website, be sure all images are saved in RGB color mode (NOT CMYK) and saved at 72 dpi. Other color modes and resolutions may cause issues that keep your ads from displaying.
