Tri-Media Publications opened its doors in May of 1989 with the intent to develop 3 types of media: direct- response card decks, magazines and broadcast (TV/Radio). Wayne Luttrell from Ft. Worth Texas and Neal Siegel from Chicago, IL are the founders and owners.
